Pulled over for a bathroom break in Anamosa, IA. We stumbled upon this motorcycle museum, which is funny because just two days ago Erica’s dad finally forced us to watch the movie “The World’s Fastest Indian” and this place just so happened to be a giant shrine to that particular story.
Christmas gifts were purchased.

Go West, Young Man!

So, Micah finally got a big boy job, and it just so happened to be in Chatsworth, California (LA County)!  All his bags are packed into his Malibu, all his tears have been shed (not likely), most goodbyes and see-ya-laters have been said.  So, the only thing that stands between him and his new career is a 2,100+ mile road trip!  Which inspired the purpose of this blog: to capture the adventures as they happen, and note the particularily ridiculous things roadside america has to offer.  Please enjoy the following posts as Micah and Erica AKA “Merica” (get it?!) venture across the United States to a new frontier in the West.   Once we land safely in Southern California, we will continue to update this blog with tidbits from our new adventures in the Southwest!
